Job Description:US Card New Acquisition Strategies promotes our best in class credit card product suite and delivers leading offers to more than 58MM consumer clients within our franchise footprint through digital, financial center, call center and direct marketing. New Acquisition Strategy Cons Prod Strategic Analyst IV core responsibilities include:Program profitability and offer optimization; maximize financial returns and asset growth while mitigating credit riskChallenge current marketing & underwriting processes to ensure we are maximizing opportunities within our risk appetiteIncrease card penetration rates by developing targeting and offer strategies across all marketing channels through maximization of data elements, portfolio trends, models, analytical insights and the creation/evaluation of customer segmentationEvaluating card product offer effectiveness by driving strategic analysis of targeting, offer, and channel delivery through the creation / maintenance of monitoring and tracking routines to ensure strategy is performing in-line with defined financial and credit risk targetsConstructing test strategies to measure consumer sensitivity, financial performance, and growth opportunityCreate and maintain a high level of partnership and credibility with leaders in Finance, Credit, Risk, Marketing, Channel and Testing to execute new strategies on time and without errorPerform ad-hoc analyses to solve complex business problems, develop recommendations, and inform / influence senior leadersRequired Skills:Strong knowledge of and experience with credit card data, strategy, and financials (performance drivers and their impacts on P&L)Client centric with ability to balance both client benefits and business financialsProven self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficientlyOutstanding analytical and process skills5+ years strategy development experienceStrong verbal and nonverbal (PowerPoint) communication skills, ability to influence and gain commitment at all organizational levelsDemonstrated ability to partner with cross functional teams and consistently deliver timely resultsExperience with database and business intelligence tools / software, such as SQL, SAS or DB2Desired Skills:BA/BS or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science or related business fieldJob Band:H4Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Weekly Schedule:Referral Bonus Amount:0 --> Job Description:US Card New Acquisition Strategies promotes our best in class credit card product suite and delivers leading offers to more than 58MM consumer clients within our franchise footprint through digital, financial center, call center and direct marketing.
