Responsibilities The Credits and Refunds Specialist reports to the Credits and Refunds Supervisor. Responsible for resolving credit balance accounts and processing refunds on hospital and guarantor accounts. Researches all payment and adjustment transactions to identify credit resolution and processes adjustments and/or refunds to resolve the account credit balance. Responsible for accurate and timely processing of credit resolutions per policies and procedures.
