JOB SUMMARYServes as an integral partner by supplying data and providing metrics support for Operations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Validate operational metrics across all client sites in the network to ensure they align with financial budgeting and reporting targets. Drive Labor Management utilization across the client network by aligning goal standardization across like functions and driving best practices, while ensuring the Labor Management System (LMS) is driving efficiency improvements. Provide RCCA review across the client networks, utilizing standardized approaches to drive same solutions for common challenges and ensuring that all RCCA''s are following SMART goal results. Initiate follow up to enable and support accurate metrics supporting across the network ensuring compliancy with Carlisle standards of reporting. Ensure that data provided by client system(s) is accurate and appropriately scrubbed. Support any functional initiative (systemic or physical site re-arrangements) across client network. Act as point person whenever changes are made to the client supply chain to ensure standardized compliance across the network. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor''s Degree, or equivalent years of experience, ideally in Supply Chain or related disciplines Typically 3-5 years of related experience Strong analytical and business background Ability to define problems, analyze facts, and determine valid solutions to resolve the issues Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds. ADDITIONAL INFO
