Continuous Improvement Associate_Shift_1

JOB SUMMARYContinuous Improvement Associate assists in the examination of data and documents to make informed conclusions in regards to process improvement methodology. Additionally, assists in the facilitation within the organization to make internal departments more efficient with techniques and tools for process improvement. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with the determination, implementation, and evaluation of business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs. Assist with the analysis and reporting on complex data to meet both internal and external customer needs. Maintains metric dashboards within the facility. Assist with training as needed. Assist with the review of specific requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations to ensure success in regards to process improvement methodology. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equivalent 1-3 years'' relevant experience Bachelor''s degree in relevant field preferred Six Sigma experience Kaizen experience Lean Six Sigma experience 5S experience Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds. ADDITIONAL INFO Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to creatively solve complex problems. Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, other business areas.
