Job Description:The CRA Senior Officer applies knowledge and expertise ofrisk/regulatory programs, industry practices, and the various businessunits to perform assessment activities on potential CommunityReinvestment Act eligible transactions in support of Wholesale Credit("WC"). In this capacity he or she is responsible for conducting ongoingresearch and review of potential CRA transactions including analyzingdocumentation; interacting with various levels of internal bankassociates; inputting data into systems of records; and reporting andcommunicating findings regarding eligibility to business partners. Thecandidate must independently conduct assigned responsibilities withinthe context of WC''s enterprise-wide regulatory/operational riskprogram. In addition, he or she will also be responsible for assisting theirmanager in addressing other key initiatives within the WC QA team.*Required Skills:"Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified. • Working knowledge of Credit Center, Loan IQ and Electronic Document Repository • Strong understanding of complex commercial real estate loan documentation such as credit approvals, notes, loan agreements, rent rolls and financial statements • General knowledge of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) regulation • Self motivator who can work independently and also as an engaged team member • Strong oral, written communication, and organizational skills • Detail oriented • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)Desired Skills:• Past Commercial Real Estate Banking, Community Development Lending, Tax Credit Equity Group documentation review, loan/equity administration or underwriting experience • General knowledge of tax exempt bonds, low income housing tax credits, or similar financing programs • Working knowledge of Global Underwriting System, CRA Qualification and Monitoring system (CRAQM) and CARMA (investment system of record) would be a plusJob Band:H5Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Weekly Schedule:M-F "‹8am - 5pmReferral Bonus Amount:0 --> Job Description:The CRA Senior Officer applies knowledge and expertise ofrisk/regulatory programs, industry practices, and the various businessunits to perform assessment activities on potential CommunityReinvestment Act eligible transactions in support of Wholesale Credit("WC").
