Case Manager Registered Nurse, RN - Avon

Currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to staff a full-time Case Manager contract at a great hospital in Avon! This is a day shift contract, lasting 13 weeks. Monday-Friday schedule. Certification in Case Management is Preferred. 2 years of strong Case Manager experience is required. Current pay rates are $55 per hour.
