Lead DeveloperThe Lead Developer is responsible for overseeing the analysis, programming, and configuration of IT Systems Software. This job develops complex software components and advises developers on best methods of software development and code creation. While working with the leadership team, this job provides project leadership for software development activities.Key Responsibilities and DutiesMonitors development work to ensure resulting software meets established goals.Coaches, reviews and delegates work to lower level professionals.Identifies and analyzes business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives for the IT System.Oversees the configuration, customization, diagnoses, and enhancements for operating systems software.Designs, codes and develops, and unit tests applications in accordance with established standards.Performs detailed design and code reviews and addresses findings appropriately.Qualifications5 Years Required; 7 Years PreferredUniversity (Degree), PreferredAdditional Education RequirementsBachelor''s Degree Physical RequirementsPhysical Requirements: Sedentary WorkPreferred EducationUniversity (Degree)Career Level 9ICRequired Qualifications5 years experience developing Web Applications and/or integration solutions using .Net standard/.Net Core (ASP.Net, C) and SQL.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced knowledge of TSQL programmingExperience managing and working with complex data environmentsExperience with System migrations and integrationsExperience with front-end coding techniques using HTML, JavaScript (Angular) JQuery, and Web FormsCommitted to high ethical standards and integrityStrong ability to design, code, and debug applications in various software languagesProven record of delivering technology solutions within agreed upon timeframesPrior experience working in the investment management industry or a strong desire to learnA bachelor''s or higher Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work-related industry experience and/or other professional certifications is a plus.Excellent written communication, presentation, and facilitation skillsHigh-energy, positive, entrepreneurial in spiritSelf-starter; takes initiative and can work independently.Well-organized and disciplined with high attention to detailPossesses a "Can do" attitude and a team playerPotential Salary: $138,000.00 USDActual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
