Responsibilities Our Respiratory Therapist are given the opportunity for flexible self-scheduling while working in an assigned region of 3 facilities. We currently have Full-Time Night and Day shift positions availability in all regions. We have 11 hospitals and our Float Team is required to float in a specific region listed below. Region 1 North: Kennestone, Cobb and Paulding, North Fulton, and Windy Hill HospitalsRegion 2 Central: Atlanta Medical Center, Atlanta Medical Center South and Douglas HospitalsRegion 3 South: Spalding and Sylvan Grove, and West Georgia Hospitals Our Wellstar Enterprise Support Team (W.E.S.T.) is our internal Float Team of nursing professionals, which support various hospitals within the organization. We are seeking experienced, high-performance, professional nurses to join our team. RNs are supported by an engaged and caring leadership team. Our leaders round weekly and welcome open and collaborative communication. We foster growth and educational opportunities.
