Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN"¯-"¯Hospice

Our Nurses,"¯LPNs"¯have been called to care when they''re needed most. As a member of our hospice team, you''ll support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients. What you''ll do: Present the Hospice Benefit to patients and their families/representatives. Assess for signs and symptoms of discomfort including presence of pain and takes prompt and appropriate action. Follow established plan of care while collaborating and communicating with RN Case Manager and Interdisciplinary Team, including physician, as appropriate. Communicate with patients'' family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions What we''re looking for: Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position. Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification. Valid state-issued driver''s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation; willingness to travel.
