Field Recruiter

Are you tired of sitting behind a desk all day? We are looking for an experienced Field Recruiter to join a Furniture Manufacturing company in Arcadia. This employee would be out and about in La Crosse and the surrounding areas, meeting new people and connecting with the community. Wage up to $25.00/hour working Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.Job Duties:Develop and maintain relationships with community organizationsLead and organize local and industry job fairsSource talent and build up talent pools to meet organizational needsInterview job applicants and review employment applications to match applicants with appropriate rolesAssist in hiring employees and process hiring-related paperworkQualifications:Bachelors Degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology preferred, but not required. Will accept equivalent work experience.Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems preferredKnowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets requiredExcellent communication skillsAbility to prioritize and complete projects within deadlineHigh attention to detailMust be able to do a variety of job duties and work in a very fast paced environmentHigh School Diploma/GED requiredLACPandoLogic.
