Needing a candidate who is friendly, smiling, learn quick, good with computers, must have some customer service exp and medical terminology is a plus must be t pleasant when handling difficult customers and insurance . Must be able to multi-task, and is a team player. Must have clerical and customer service skills. Monday-friday 8-5 some overtime at times. must be able to stoop twist turn move about on foot for up to 10 hours a day. perform repetitive motion for hands and wrist, work at a video display terminal for long periods of time and view work close to the eyes. lift up to 25lbs stand and sit for long periods of time as needed to get work done. Answer and hear patient conversations and speak clearly in English.
