As a member of our EHS team, you''ll take responsibility for making sure we live up to the high standards we set for ourselves. JOB PURPOSE: Effectively support company operation by quality medical services and it''s related affairs, to make sure all related services up to government defined standard and Company request. JOB DUTIES: 1.To provide all local national employees with medical services for minor medical diseases and minor job related injuries, and offer medical consulting services for minor medical disease. 2.Coordinating all local national employees annual health examination and provide effective advice to management to make sure all employees are up to job required health status. Coordinating hire in health examination. 3.Collecting employee monthly medical expenditure vouchers for reimbursement by Social Insurance Company and distributing the reimbursed amounts to employees. 4.Preparing monthly medicine purchase request, update management with monthly reports of medicine inventory and consumption, keep medicine valid and medial related equipment in good condition. 5.Play active function in EHS team to update management with monthly safety performance report and job related injury report. 6.Update management and employees with all medical related government policies and their implementation method. 7.Coordinate with government department to make sure company medical/environmental related affairs are in line with government policy or legal request, such as Canteen hygiene check, manufacturing shop environmental check etc. 8.Manage routine work of Clinic Nurse and provide necessary medical support to manufacturing shifts requirement. 9.Lead or assist with other projects as assigned by management. BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE: University degree in medicine and clinic related major Good knowledge of company clinic operation Be able to deal with minor medical issues.
