Position: This position is responsible for operational quality, especially safety and punctuality, related to aircraft ground handling. This includes the optimization of processes and procedures at the ramp area and supporting all functions related to international cargo handling. Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision 401K Travel Benefits Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick) Responsibilities: Ensures ground handling is handled in accordance with safety and security regulations of ANA and external authorities. Coordinates all aspects of ramp and aircraft preparation and handling. Oversees all ramp activities and manages operational timelines. Oversees cargo operations and handling conducted by all contractors and ensures instructions, policies and requirements as well as those of external authorities are followed. Ensures proper training is conducted for all contracted agencies. Coordinates all operational activities during irregularities (including crew hotels and ground transportation) to minimize irregularities. Ensures all regulations and manuals concerning operations are enforced and updated. Perform any other functions necessary to ensure smooth, timely and safe operations and as directed by manager. Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years of ramp lead experience required (International cargo handling experience is a plus.) Willing to work any hours/shifts/holidays/weekends and in inclement weather Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong PC skills Must have a valid Driver''s License About Us: I.K.
