Maintenance Technician II

Compass Health Network is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to provide support services to the assigned facilities with regard to maintaining the plant, equipment, offices, residential areas and grounds of multiple facilities in order to provide a safe and operational environment. Responsibilities of a Maintenance Tech II • Maintain and repair facilities while meeting and maintaining compliance with the local building and fire codes• Enter data into computerized work order management system• Work with minimal supervision and with multiple types of tools to complete assigned tasks• Assist with small projects that are completed by in-house staff WORKING CONDITIONS & EXPOSURE RISK • Regular exposure to electrical hazards• Exposure to biohazard and/or chemical waste materials• Operating vehicles or machinery
