Human Resource Manager

RemX Specialty Staffing is looking for a Human Resource Manager for our client in Alpharetta. We''re looking for someone who has a passion for supporting employee and company goals and development Work for a nationally known, highly respected, industry leading organization. This direct hire opportunity offers a great culture and work environment and has several onsite benefits. This position will require you to train onsite in Alpharetta and will have hybrid model after training. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm. Salary is based on experience. Responsibilities: Provide assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving associate relations and work performance issues Serve as a trusted advisor to resolve complex associate issues Assist in the company''s full cycle performance management process Associate relations and counseling, HR metrics and reporting, , management counseling and support, exit interviews, training and development, records maintenance and retention, on-boarding, benefits support, job and compensation analysis, performance management, organizational development, and employment support. Requirements: 3 years of Human Resource experience Basic knowledge of current federal and state employment laws Bachelor''s/Master''s Degree in Business/Human Resources preferred or the equivalent years related experience. Ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and executive presence
