Primary Purpose: To provide advice and counsel on all aspects of the company''s Ethics & Compliance Helpline investigations under the direction of Senior Counsel - Ethics & Investigations. Duties and Responsibilities: * Provide end-to-end advice and counsel to investigators, human resources, and labor relations groups on the company''s Ethics & Compliance Helpline investigations. * Review and provide advice and counsel on investigation reports. * Assist in planning, development, and delivery of training to teams of investigators across the family of companies. * Collaborate with other investigations teams within the Sempra family of companies on investigation support, Helpline trends, and program improvements. * Conduct complex internal investigations. * Assist in the administration of the company''s Ethics & Compliance Helpline. * Assist in the preparation of presentations and updates on the company''s Ethics & Compliance Helpline to leadership. * Perform other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties). Education: * Bachelor''s Degree required. * J.D. (Juris Doctor) or L.L.B. from an accredited law school required. Experience: * 3+ years substantial labor and employment law experience. * Substantial investigations experience. * Experience in the utility industry and/or with a union-represented workforce preferred. * Must reside in Southern California or be willing to relocate upon hire.
