Position Scope CleanChoice Energy seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Analyst to monitor transactions related to our retail electric customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person, to help build a different kind of energy company "” one that believes in renewable energy and shares the values of our customers. Key accountabilities include investigating anomalies in customer switching and billing and communicating with electric utilities to resolve errors. Responsibilities: This position reports to the Manager, Retail Operations and has no direct reports. Responsibilities include: Monitor enrollment, drop and billing transactions for completion, accuracy, and timeliness and meet Key Performance Indicators around these transactions Investigate and analyze errors in exceptions reports and follow-up on outstanding issues with utilities Work with third-party vendors and internal teams to maintain data accuracy and integrity using Microsoft Excel and various third-party platforms Collaborate with Customer Experience Team to provide additional analysis; assist in resolving customer concerns Develop documentation, research, and support the creation of training materials Develop and implement process improvements related to regulatory changes Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor''s Degree from an accredited university Highly organized, meticulous, and superior attention to detail skills required Self-starter with excellent time management skills and ability to work independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments and external third parties Excellent computer skills, Google Workspace, and basic Microsoft Excel skills required Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce helpful but not required Passionate about the environment and renewable energy Location *Temporarily Remote* A sunny office in Washington, DC overlooking the C&O Canal National Park.
