RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Grand Rapids, MI that is seeking a part time Director of Finance to add to their management team.Responsibilities include: Business partner to the executive team The Director of Finance will direct all financial and accounting related activities Develop annual budget and forecasting models Oversight of HR and IT functions The Director of Finance will prepare monthly financial statements and present to executive team Coordinate annual audit and work with outside accounting firm on tax related items Maintain banking relationships for the company Prepare analyses for cost and pricing
