The Treasury Analyst''s primary focus is the administration of Cash Management functions, including daily cash reporting, electronic payment transfers and intercompany activity. This position will also fulfill corporate level banking, service and maintenance requests and online platform administration. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned. Prepare and review daily cash management transactions and reports. Prepare and initiate wire payments and high volume of intercompany transfers using v-lookup and tables. Wire and ACH initiation, information reporting and transaction research. Monitor and decision positive pay exception notices daily. Answer request for audit inquiries and bank statements. Perform stop payments for checks when requested. Organize and retain all supporting documents relating to cash management activities. Establish new bank accounts and close accounts as necessary. Partner with bank personnel for implementation of treasury product and services. Process check deposits using remote deposit scanner. Support the Accounting and Billing department by fulfilling cash-related research requests. Perform periodic review of lockbox deposits for posting errors. Support Treasury Manager with cash flow forecast research. Administer online banking platforms. Serve as cross-functional backup for Senior Treasury Analyst. Assist with Ad-hoc Treasury projects. Actively promote GUEST customer service standards; develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization. Participate in team concepts and promote a team effort; perform duties in accordance with company policies and procedures. Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements include: Associate degree or equivalent work experience. Bachelor''s degree preferred. One (1) plus years of experience in Treasury or Commercial Banking experience. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline driven work environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Prior experience with commercial banking platforms required. Intercompany cash collections experience a plus. Treasury Management System experience a plus. Excel forecasting experience a plus. Must have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Outlook) with Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in USRC applications required within 90 days of hire.
