Senior Financial Analyst - M&A

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce''s client, a fast-growing manufacturer in Grand Rapids, MI, is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their corporate finance team. This position will work closely with the Director of Finance on M&A activities as well as some month end responsibilities.Responsibilities: In this role, the Senior Financial Analyst will work with finance leadership on M&A analysis and due diligence work as they look to acquire additional companies to their portfolio Assist with month-end reporting and analysis; Present findings and commentary to the CFO Assist with sales budgeting and forecasting on a monthly basis The Senior Financial Analyst will assist with integration work with new companies ensuring their financials are mapping correctly Ad hoc analysis for the executive team
