Employee Perks!: 401K Retirement Plan with Company Match, Free On-Site Parking, Friendly and supportive staff, Generous PTO & holiday package, Life Insurance, Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Responsibilities: Electronic billing of Medicare, Medicaid and Third Party Insurance claims utilizing Framework LTC Pharmacy system.Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living Facility and Private pay claim billingTroubleshoot rejected insurance claims resulting in paymentsPrior Authorizations required from Third Party InsuranceBill/Invoice ReviewMedicaid Pending Status ReviewUpdated Skilled Nursing Facility Census and Resident Payer StatusProcess Private Pay refundsCollections on accountsDaily cash deposit and postingThird Party (835) downloading of remits into systemProcess Credits/ReturnsProjects as neededCustomer Service orientated (external and internal) Qualifications: Associate''s Degree or High School diploma (or GED) and 1-2 years medical billing/collections experience (Long Term Care Preferred) or Pharmacy Technician experience in retail, long term care or hospital.Excellent Customer Service and Phone Skills requiredCollections experience preferredSage (ACCPAC), NET Rx and Framework LTC software experience preferredMicrosoft Office proficiency (Excel, Work and Outlook)Excellent organizational and time management skillsSelf-motivated with ability to effectively solve problemsWoodmark Pharmacy expects all current and new employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
