The position includes, but is not limited to the following duties & responsibilities:Provide day-to-day remote and hands on technical support to clients throughout the Bay AreaInstall, configure, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems, and applicationsMonitor Windows server and server application performance and resolve issues.
