Senior Section 8 Community Manager

($750 after 30 days of employment; $750 after 6 months of employment)Position Summary:Manage property (or properties) for stakeholders by performing duties personally or through direct reports in a floating (as needed) capacity. Quickly assess operating deficiencies, if applicable, at assigned properties and make corrective action plans as needed.Responsibilities:Maximize occupancy/collections/physical appearance/resident retention/compliance (as applicable)Establish and maintain pleasant atmosphere and relations with the residents of the communityMaintain visibility, professionalism, and rapportResponsible for the day-to-day operations of the propertyEngage employees and work to build the teamQualifications:Five years of previous property management experience preferred Project Based Section 8 experience requiredAbility to travel 90% requiredYardi software experience preferredAbility to work evenings as neededAbility to work independently and demonstrate strong judgmentAccredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Resident Apartment Manager (RAM), or similar designation preferredAbout Us: Dominium is one of the leading affordable housing development and property management companies nationwide.
