Working natively in platforms and/or with vendors.Defining audience targeting strategies, testing, and learning to make continual improvements to performance and outcomes.Budget tracking and reporting.Paid Search:Managing campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ad copy and messaging.Optimizing towards business needs and goals on a daily/weekly basis.Budget tracking and reporting.Staying on top of emerging options and tactics.Assisting digital tasks as needed with the Director of Digital Marketing.Paid Social:Secondary support for paid social on various social platforms. Other team members are primary managers of these channels, but a portion of this role will work on social platforms.Helping coordinate ad creations from start-to-finish, using data to inform decisions on improvements.Making ongoing optimizations to budgets, bids, audiences, etc.Assisting reporting, as neededOther: Assisting, when needed, on other advertising channels. Working directly with Director of Digital Marketing on strategy, tactics and planning.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years'' experience with programmatic display platforms/vendorsMinimum of 2 years'' experience with Google Ads platformsMinimum of 2 years'' experience with Facebook Ads and Business Manager.Strong analytical and data driven personality, experience with turning data into actionable insights.Experience with analytics and reporting tools preferred (Google Analytics, Funnel, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.)BS/BA degree required in related field.What we offer:Free premium medical, dental, life and vision insurance.Generous 401(k) match.Celebrations!
