Job Description

The Role: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our Miami team, and ensure the smooth running of our fantastic new office in Coconut Grove. The Office Manager creates and maintains a positive and effective work environment, while supporting the finance team with book-keeping and accounting tasks. Sonnedix is a fast growing international solar power producer and this role is ideal for a professional with a first experience in admistration or office management, who enjoys interacting daily with internal and external stakeholders to get things done in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a ''can do'' attitude and embody our culture. It is an opportunity to develop accounting and financial skills too, and the Office Manager will receive support and training to fulfil this part of their role. This is a great opportunity for someone to play a meaningful role at the centre of our Miami team. Desirable Skills: - Experience working as an Office Manager, Administrator, or Accounts Payable - Confident in use of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. - Communication, organization, attention to detail. - Good grasp of maths and written English
