Description Job Schedule: Full Time Standard Hours: 40 Job Shift: Shift 2 Shift Details: 2nd shift (typically 3p-11:30p) with every other weekend and holiday rotation. You are expected to utilize complex problem solving skills in resolving clinical and instrument problems. Reports to: Division/Section Supervisor.Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology or Related Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology). Minimum RequirementsMT/CLS (ASCP or equivalent) certification or eligible.Previous Medical Technologist work experience in a clinical laboratory setting OR participation in a clinical laboratory rotation through a Medical Technology educational program.Customer Service Oriented.Ability to work independently.Demonstrate high level of problem solving.Ability to communicate well with supervisors, physicians, co-workers and hospital staff.Knowledge of laboratory equipment and instruments where appropriate.Proficient computer skills.
