STOCK PLAN ADMINISTRATOR COMPENSATION ANALYST Exciting new opportunity for a Stock Plan Administrator / Compensation Analyst to manage the day to day administration of the company''s stock program. The Stock Plan Administrator / Compensation Analyst will act as the data owner; ensuring all stock based activity is accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner. The Stock Plan Administrator / Compensation Analyst will act as the central point of contact with stock plan vendor. Deliver al aspects of long-term incentive (LTI) transactions efficiently and accurately including data management, recording and acceptance of grants, cancellations, terminations, processing and payment of vested awards and exercises and a resolution of employee equity issues. Maintain the integrity of all files and electronic databases related to the administration of long-term incentive grants. Provide support for quarterly dividend calculations and payments. Coordinate with Tax and payroll departments on LIT matters and confirm appropriate rates are applied at taxable events. Track and manage all in-process stock grants, including requirements that must be satisfied prior to processing. General reporting/analysis Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 2-4 years'' experience in stock plan administration for a publicly traded corporation Knowledge/experience with Charles Schwab platform a plus
