The Nurse Manager Emergency Services will join a dedicated group of professionals and oversee nursing and department operations. The Nurse Manager Emergency Services will be responsible for strategic planning, business growth, budget management, staff development and be a service oriented and patient experience focused leader. The Assistant Director will report to an Administrative Director of Emergency Services. They will have the support of ED Assistant Nurse Managers, ED Nurse Educators as well as a strong staff, many of which are CENs. The Nurse Manager Emergency Services job requirements include progressive leadership experience in the Emergency Department, have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, preferred to have a Graduate degree, and a specialty certification is required.
