The ideal candidate has acute care infection prevention experience and is CIC-certified.The Infection Prevention Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with teams throughout the hospital, and individuals to help create infection prevention strategies, provide feedback, and sustain infection prevention plans. This position will perform surveillance and data collection/analysis of the organization''s infection-prevention program. They will provide their findings then help educate, direct, and coordinate current infection prevention practices to providers, clinic, and hospital Staff. This person will assist with the development of policies and procedures to ensure rigorous Infection Prevention standards that meet DNV, OSHA, Public Health Department and CDC Standards.Located in picturesque Northern Oregon, this area is a wonderful place to live and work.
