This full-service acute care hospital provides a wide array of specialties including cardiology, orthopedics, surgical services OR, emergency services, ER, women''s services, and radiology.The Nurse Director Emergency Services will manage nursing services and staff for assigned department in compliance with hospital policies and standards. The Nurse Director will implement strategies for the promotion of decreased variation in treatment modalities. The Nurse Director will also act as a mentor and serve as an expert for all staff within unit and ensure proper nursing techniques are utilized appropriately.The Nurse Director will design and implement metrics that effectively demonstrate the effectiveness of the program in regards to clinical, financial, patient satisfaction, and patient outcomes. The Nurse Director will work closely with the Executive Director of Quality Management to manage and monitor outcome and process metrics.
