Today we have 10''s of thousands of facilities and have pioneered several new facets of the industry to improve the environment + quality of life for our tenants.Today, we are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join our growing team in our Bonita Springs, FL office. This position is directly responsible for lead generation utilizing traditional and digital marketing channels. Creative and strategic strategies will support lead goals through advertising, marketing collateral, media relations, analysis, annual budgeting, tracking results, reporting on ROI, and managing monthly expenses within budget for our communities. StructureFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k w/match, PTO, etc.)Great Work/Life BalanceJob Security (Stable, established, reputable, and growing company)Job DetailsWhat you will be doing: Full marketing oversight of our communities within a specified region (Including but not limited to, 12+ community markets) Become an expert of current and future our markets, taking ownership of the business unit through the understanding of the competition and local socioeconomic factors Meet ongoing lead generation goals tied to annual budgeted occupancy goals Implement, track and analyze all marketing initiatives and report findings to support ongoing lead generation initiatives Strategize and partner with regional sales teams and community leadership to develop localized marketing campaigns and to support ongoing sales incentives, sales initiatives and operational initiatives. Research marketing opportunities to engage and differentiate community product and service offerings Quarterly planning and review of all print and digital marketing plans per community including pre and post recaps with Senior Leadership team. Develop and execute robust digital marketing strategies across all digital channels, including but not limited to display ads, email marketing, pay-per-click advertising, search engine optimization and social media advertising. Manage brand standards across all marketing channels Work with design team to develop creative strategy and robust campaigns as needed for individual communities. Develop marketing collateral including flyers, advertising, brochures, program support materials, presentation materials, direct mail and more for markets Develop content and manage updates for community websites Oversight and development of social media engagement through community social channels Grow engagement of online community video channels Strategize and support the marketing of ongoing community lead generation, lead conversion and professional networking events Oversee the implementation and roll-out of new marketing programs at assigned communities Manage and develop a positive online reputation of communities by monitoring and responding to reviews through a 3rd party platform Manage all community budgets including monthly spend allocations Manage public relations and media engagement for all community initiatives Other duties as assigned.What you need to be successful in this role: Bachelor''s degree in marketing or business preferred with a minimum of seven years of proven marketing experience Minimum three years digital marketing experience including email, social, website content management, pay-per-click and search engine optimization. Three years robust analysis and reporting experience Minimum two years knowledge of Google Analytics, UTM tagging and campaign tracking tactics Experience developing short and long-term marketing strategies with traditional and non-traditional marketing channels, creating sales-driven messaging, overseeing creative development, and forecasting response Strong presentation skills, proficient with Microsoft Power Point and Excel Experience with a variety of Marketing Automation systems including HubSpot Experience using Customer Relationship Management software Ability to track, analyze and report on ROI and CPL data Capacity to function in a fast-paced, high pressure environment Experience with budget monitoring and management, and P & L reports Ability to follow and take direction and feedback Ability to build relationships and articulate ideas well Excellent grammar, editing, proofing and copywriting skillsInterested in hearing more?
