Please visit our website for additional background on our business platform - POSITION SUMMARY:As, the Internal Recruiter, you are the go-to person who will advise hiring managers and own the recruitment strategy to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience.We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to support multiple business lines and scale hiring across North America. You will partner with Human Resources and Senior Management, to build dynamic teams across our expanding markets. This role will provide essential input to recruiting strategies to ensure that optimum candidates are recruited for every position to maximize positive impact in this rapidly growing organization. You will have the opportunity to work on strategic planning to develop, improve, and innovate how we attract and recruit the best talent.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and execute a full life-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through the final offer stage with minimal oversightMaintain company recruiting sites by ensuring posts and company information is up to date and candidates are responded to in a timely manner to provide a positive candidate experienceBuild and maintain a network of potential candidates through initiative-taking, market research, and on-going networking to help meet the high staffing demands of rapid company growthBuild positive relationships with internal leadership to better understand resourcing needs for each location and department to bring in top talent to the organizationUse market knowledge to advise Hiring Managers on most effective strategies to maximize positive influence regarding candidates decision to join our organizationRecommend initiatives and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, including implementation and enhancement of standard processes for recruiting that consistent with Second Avenue''s mission and growth strategyStay informed of external market factors affecting business areas; identify new recruiting practices and trendsInterview candidates within the position specifications and have strong ability to screen viable candidatesScreen resumes, conduct prescreening interviews (by phone, video, or in person), and administer appropriate assessments as appropriateYou will be responsible to understand and translate the business needs of clients with vendor partners and team membersFacilitate effective decision making through presentation of key information and recommendationsManage real-time inquiries while keeping track of and responding to commitments to follow up with inquiriesEnter information into our database and ensure consistency and accuracyProvide creative solutions to meet client needs and maximize valueContribute to the business strategy by helping leaders identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processesIDEAL CANDIDATE CHARACTERISTICS AND BACKGROUND:Bachelor''s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications or related fieldMinimum of 4 years recruiting/hiring experienceExperience and knowledge of direct sourcing strategies (e.g., job boards, referral generation, online social networking, etc.) to proactively build candidate pipelines that generate sufficient quantity and quality to meet business needs in a cost-effective mannerStrong communication skills; both verbal and writtenOrganizational and time management skills Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and outgoingAbility to establish productive relationships with people at all levelsA positive and adaptable approach to problem solvingDetail oriented and exceptional organizational skillsMultitask in a fast-paced environment, competently handling demanding deadlinesYou are expected to be process driven, and bring a positive and proactive mindset to the Company''s teamIn addition, you represent that you maintain the following skillset at a proficient level:Customer Service - ProficientVerbal Communication - ProficientWritten Communication - ProficientTeamwork - ProficientRelationships - ProficientOrganizational Awareness - ProficientLearning Agility - ProficientProblem Solving - ProficientProcess Orientation - ProficientPrioritization - ProficientJOB TYPE AND BENEFITS:Full-time, Salaried-Exempt Medical, Vision and Dental InsuranceEmployer Paid Short Term Disability Insurance401kPaid Holidays and VacationNOTE: This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities or qualifications associated with the job.
