Technical Architect

Job Summary: Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for candidate with experience as Technical Architect with 10-15 YEARS experiences. Location: Ashland,MA/New Jersey,USA Duration: Full Time only - ''Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)." The annual salary for this position is between $[120,000-130,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant''s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant''s applicable plans. Job Description and Qualifications include: (This is a hands-on development role) Required: Provide leadership to project teams that deploy customized products to test, monitor and detect errors of voice and data traffic from Service Providers to IVR''s and simulated Contact Centers agents in order to validate the services and infrastructure and determine capacity limits. Conduct discovery and planning sessions based on business needs and requirements. • Develop stakeholder communications plans, and ensure stakeholder expectations are clear and satisfied throughout the duration of the project. • Proactively manage changes in scope and ensure project risks and issues are communicated. • Create schedules and track project tasks and milestones for internal and external resources Education BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience Should be self-motivated, self-starter with clear communication skills who thrives working in a team environment EEO Statement & Accommodations Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
