Please visit our website for additional background on our business platform - Job Summary:The Land Acquisitions Analyst will assist the broader build-to-rent acquisitions team with important support across several critical functional areas including sourcing, diligence, and underwriting. Responsibilities:Assist in the sourcing and diligence of entitled and permitted scattered lots suitable for single-family home construction.Sourcing channels to include both on-market and off-market acquisitions generated via third-party outreach: MLS, property records, and relevant websites.Foster and build market-specific relationships with brokers, landowners, and builders.Assist in the retention and management of a lot sourcing pipeline while monitoring critical diligence milestones and schedules.Assist in each asset''s final suitability determination and development underwriting.Ideal Candidate Characteristics and Background:Undergraduate degree or higherMinimum of 2+ years of real estate or related experience; underwriting experience is preferredStrong work ethic, value system and a high level of adaptabilityProven ability to be self-starter that thrives in a team environmentAnalytical mindset with a focus on detailExcellent communication skills both written and verbalExperienced MS Office user; highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and related software platforms.Job Type and Benefits:Full-time, Salaried-Exempt Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance, Short Term Disability, 401k, Paid Holidays and VacationNOTE: This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities or qualifications associated with the job.
