We are seeking a Process Solutions Manager to join our Rexel Automation team! (Remote)SummaryThe Process Solutions Manager is responsible for leading Rexel''s efforts in accelerating the delivery of process automation solutions. Additionally, this role is responsible for aligning Rexel to the ecosystem of process integrators and supporting Rexel''s technical specialists for their process-related projects. A successful candidate will develop collaborative partnerships with system integrators and key manufacturers such as Rockwell Automation to be able to offer complete turnkey solutions. The ability to sell services in addition to developing strong customer and integrator relationships will be critical to the success of this position.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Collaborate with regional sales teams to accelerate the Process Solutions business Identify and promote process solutions including appropriate life cycle services and contractsWork closely with appropriate regional resources to assist with formulating and executing sales strategies from targeting to close; highly engaged in the sales processIdentify and develop appropriate eco-system partners required for successful project deliveryExecute customer site audits and visits with sales colleagues and partnersAssist in developing process specifications for customers with the support of our integrators and supplier partnersAssist in determining the best delivery partner/s to team with for project successPresent solution proposals to customer''s operational and executive leadersCoordinate project execution with internal and external stakeholdersParticipate in industry events and conferencesFacilitate the introduction of other Rexel initiatives at the customer levelHold business reviews with stakeholders including executive management to update action plans and respond to dynamic situationsOther duties as assignedThe information contained in this job description is intended to describe the essential job functions required of those assigned to this job.
