Digital Channel Product and Operations Manager

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Digital Channel Product and Operations Manager in Austin, TX.Job Summary: The WW Digital Channel Team drives the development and growth of digital strategies across all channels. We create consistent brand experiences in the digital world, enable new online sales programs, drive online content strategies with company partners, and architect technology programs to enable superior customer experiences and higher channel sales.We seek a product manager to drive new requirements, manage product roadmap with our engineering partners, and ensure successful data operations for our digital shelf analytics platform. The digital shelf analytics platform monitors and measures key elements of the online channel customer journey including homepage, search, product detail pages, and more. Key Responsibilities: Lead global company sales teams in driving new features, functionality, and capabilities for our digital shelf analytics platformWork with internal and external engineering teams to build technical requirements, prepare development timelines, test and QA new prototype features, and deploy to company teamsEnsure successful weekly and daily data operations across eCommerce catalog data and digital assetsSupport, track, and ensure implementation and publishing of new product content (NPI)Leverage and manage digital content tools such as BOX or IBM Watson to automate and optimize digital content operations.Oversee developer ticket and support systems and processes to ensure bugfixes and quality assurance SLAs are managedOnboard new users to the platform, conduct training sessions, and author onboarding materials with the support of external and internal partners. Key Requirements: 8+ years of experience in a eCommerce, retail, product management or data operations roleExperience in digital publishing role or online item setup processesKnowledge of product information management systems, eCommerce catalog databases, or digital content management systemsExperience managing developer QA process with large organization in highly fluid environmentProven experience succeeding in complex, matrix and cross-functional projectsSolid understanding and experience managing sales, marketing or eCommerce related projectsAbility to personally deliver large scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment with high levels of complexity and ambiguityExperience setting, managing and reporting against multi-year plans, budgets, KPIs, milestones, roadmaps, etc.Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detailExcellent written, presentation and oral communication skillsAction-oriented and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment Education: Bachelors Degree, MBA (preferred)PDS Tech, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
