Job Details Utility As a Utility person at Cleveland Cliffs, your contributions will be visible all around you; the work we do here impacts people for generations to come. Ideal candidates enjoy modern, dynamic, supportive work environments and are looking for the freedom to take control of their career Responsibilities Performs general labor and light mobile equipment operation to maintain plant operations. Supports operations of the various producing units. Assist with maintenance related duties as needed. Must be able to work shift work, including rotating shifts, weekends and holidays. Wear the necessary safety equipment including but not limited to hardhats, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots Minimum Requirements High school diploma, GED or equivalent from an accredited school Successfully pass a drug screen and background check and pre-employment physical. Preferred Requirements Two or more years of post-high school education, preferably in a technical field, along with prior industrial and/or maintenance experience.
