Position Summary:Support in the performance of wind and solar projects to ensure they are line/exceeds forecasted levels by identifying and implementing processes and work products to support the overall management and reporting of the operating assets. Assist in the review of performance reports, investigates issues, and seeks initiatives to improve performance. Prepares performance summary reports. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS are listed below: Support in identifying compliance and reporting requirements in project governing documents including Power Purchase Agreements, Hedge Agreements, O&M Agreements, Interconnection Agreements, Land Leases, Financing Agreements, and LLC Agreements. Assist in the compliance with all requirements, enlisting support of other team members or subject matter experts, as needed.Assist in preparation of forecast. Assist with managing forecasts, budgets, financial and operational variance reports, and other ad hoc reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help find resolutions for any operational, financial, commercial, or technical issues. Support the operations team in the analysis of issues impacting operations.Support in opportunities to improve financial performance of assets.Assist with the preparation of monthly p/l reports with an inquisitive mind to identify trends/issues that impact bottom line.Assist with the preparation of the monthly operating performance report.
