RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking an Administrative Assistant 2 in Mountain View, CA.Key Tasks: Calendar management - coordinate all meetings including but not limited to team meetings, offsite meetings, partner meetings, and special events across global time zones Administrative Assistant will own and help manage the rhythm of the teams including agenda management, notes, logistics, and follow-ups Organize, plan, and execute team events Manage and owns the vendor on-boarding process from start to finish Manage team budget and expenses; process all expenses and reimbursements; manage invoices and purchase orders As an Administrative Assistant, you will organize, prioritize, and coordinates domestic/international travel for executive and leadership team Act as a liaison for assigned executives relaying and exchanging information with others including Senior leaders and other organizations or constituents Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
