Leading Utility Service Assistance Provider, Utility Concierge is seeking a strong independent contributor as a Inside Sales Representative! Inside Sales Representative Overview: We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you will work with the new homeowners and educate them on services available to them for electricity, internet, cable, phone, smart homes, and security services. We work with most national providers across the country and using our services is free for the customers! Each call you make gives you the opportunity to help our customers save time and money while providing mind-blowing customer experiences. We provide warm leads with short sale cycles and uncapped commissions! Salary: $50,000 base + commission; $80,000 target salary with comission in the first year! Office Location: 1755 Wittington Place, Ste 600, Dallas, TX 75234 - open to home-office opportunity once trained and established Inside Sales Representative Requirements: Comfortable making calls and talking to new people all day. Rockstar communication skills. Persuasive, goal-oriented, outgoing, friendly demeanor and possesses an energetic. Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client. Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close. Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team. 3-5 years of previous sales experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
