Benefits: Medical (Comprehensive PPO, two HRA Plans and an HSA plan)Dental (basic and comprehensive coverage)Vision (basic and premier coverage)Prescription drug coverage401K with a 6% company match (Eligible to participate from day one (1) with 100 % vesting in all company provided funds immediately)New Hire Wellness Bonus (see plan details)Healthcare and Dependent day care flexible spending accountsLivongo diabetes programCorporate discounts Responsibilities DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervises and coordinates the activities of production workers and processes on a specified work shift.Ensures safe work environment and practices on the shift.Directs hourly production personnel in the manufacture and packaging of plastic sheet products.Reviews production orders and schedules machines to meet customer requirements.Monitors product quality and directs adjustments as necessary.Trouble shoots production issues to identify equipment failures or problems.Supervision of workforce to include: Operational training, work output, and assist with Performance evaluations.Responsible for training and development of all reporting personnel.5S and ABS initiatives (PBS).Other tasks as assigned by management.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position supervises: 1 RPS, 3 OPS Operators, 2 Cast Operators, 7 Winders, 2 Repel Operators, 2 Slitter Operators, and up to 3 Grinders.
