The Jewish Board is seeking a Performance Improvement Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing the quality of care at Cedar Knolls House; In addition, he/she will be the Facilitator for the FTC''s for clients of the program regardless of location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Monitor and assist with implementing on-going CPI activities including a systematic quality improvement plan that identifies program strengths and weaknesses Acting as a Liaison with the Evaluation and Review staff Continually evaluating organizational needs, including periodic review of Program Policies and Procedures Oversight, coordination, and preparation of/for audits and accreditation process, including follow-ups for any corrective actions, as needed Oversight of, and ensure quality of case records Oversight and coordination of the collection of investigation materials, including: reviewing camera footage, incident reports, scheduling interviews, etc. Acting as a backup for intakes, as well as for processing replacements in the placement module TO QUALIFY The Jewish Board is currently looking for talented professionals of all cultures, religions, races, and gender expressions with the following qualifications: A Bachelor''s degree is required; A Master''s degree is preferred (or in progress) Experience with Connections, and experience within a Residential Care, preferably with Adolescents We respect diversity and accordingly are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, alienage, citizenship status, age, disability, sex, gender, gender identity or expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, marital status, partnership status, veteran status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.This applies with respect to recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, transfer, training, compensation, termination, assignments, benefits, employee activities, access to facilities and programs, and all other terms and condition of employment as well as general treatment during employment.
