Staffmark is currently hiring Machine Operators for with our premier client located in Loudon, TN! Must have a good work history, and a great attitude is a must! Temp to Hire with career & financial growth in your near future! Starting Pay Rate: $17/HR-$17.50/HR Fantastic Schedule(s): Training: 4 months on 1st shift then you will transition to 2nd or 3rd! 2nd Shift: (4pm-12am) 3rd Shift: (12am-8am) There are only a few things we need from you! Requirements of a Machine Operator: No experience required, but previous experience is a plus! Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs -100lbs Willingness to learn new job skills! Safety mindset! Punctual & reliable! Mechanically Inclined Must be good with Numbers and Measurements Must be detail oriented Job duties include loading your machine with material, packing finished product, hourly quality checks, and change overs as well as other duties that arise.
