Job Description:Enterprise Overview: Manages projects limited in scope to LOB products, processes or functions although some may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications. Serves as secondary contact to senior department managers for critical change initiatives and provides assistance to staff. Partners with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change. Accountable for initiatives limited in scope to department products, processes or functions although some may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications. Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation. Plans, organizes, monitors and controls projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion. Develop and socialize potential risk mitigation strategies. Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed. Partners with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change. Responsible for Clarity and PCM updates and project documents. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Typically 3+ plus years of project management support experience.As a part of the GTS External mandates program, there is a requirement to be compliant with annual Swift changes, adhere to Swift formats across enterprise wide applications.The role advertised is for a Project Manager to work with various stakeholders across concerned Payments Operations and Technology teams to manage the implementation of this external mandate.Responsibilities:Produce Project Charter and adherence to disciplined project routinesEstablish governance and protocol framework - meetings, governance, project teams roles and responsibilitiesDrive requirements gathering, documentationEnsure traceability matrix is initiated and tracked throughout the programDevelop communications and awareness plan across all stakeholdersAdherence to change/Enterprise standards which includesTollgate prep and submissions / approvalsCompletion of necessary project artefactsChange controls, scope and financialsUpdates into PPRTCompletion of Permit to Build, Operate and SendRequirements:10 years of project management experience with a successful track record delivering projects at a large financial institutionAbility to prioritize workload effectively and work methodically to tight deadlinesAbility to perform to a high standard under pressureMaturity to take accountability and ownership of proceduresAbility to identify and resolve problems in a timely fashion following established guidelinesSelf-motivated and proactiveProven team playerExcellent verbal and communications skills.
