Collections/Cashier Admin

Willing to train!!! - North Kansas City Client has immediate need for full time employee working the hours of 9am - 6pm during the week and 9am - 5pm on Saturdays. Sundays and Tuesdays off. Minimum 13.00 per hour + based on experience. POSITION TITLE Collections Cashier Admin ROLE Responsible for answering phones, collecting payments, directing calls to the appropriate department, data entry and other administrative tasks as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provides superior customer service to internal and external customers. Receives payments in person or by phone via cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. Posts amounts paid to customer accounts. Answer telephone to screen, forward calls, provide information, take messages, or schedule appointments. Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail or telephone to solicit payment. Answers customer questions regarding problems with their accounts. Sort and file correspondence, perform miscellaneous clerical duties such as answering correspondence. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Provides other administrative support to the office as needed. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Education/Certification: High School Diploma Required Knowledge: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience Required: No Experience Required, Willingness to Learn Industry-Specific Software Skills/Abilities: Typing, Attention to Detail, Organization, Problem Solving, Analytical, Interpersonal, Follow Up, Communication, and Filing Skills
