Borrego is seeking an Area Supervisor to join our growing team! The Area Supervisor is a field supervisor responsible for overseeing O&M activity in their assigned area of operations. Additionally, the Area Supervisor also serves as a point of contact for customers in the region. At Borrego, we don''t accept the status quo. Our employees are driven and animated by the Borrego System of Excellence, an operating framework detailing our mission, vision, strategy, and cultural principles and working systems.About the RolePosition responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Demonstrate integrity, strong initiative, work ethic, as well as a focus on safety and quality of work on a continuous basisSupervise, lead and train all operations team members in the region, meeting regularly with direct reports to review their progress in achieving personal and departmental goals and objectivesEnsure that work being performed in the area meets or exceeds Borrego O&M standardsPerform Preventive Maintenance on solar and battery installations in accordance with Borrego, customer, and OEM standardsPerform Corrective Maintenance on solar and battery installations in accordance with Borrego, customer, and OEM standards, ensuring that the root cause has been identified and correctedEnsure all PPE, tools, and equipment assigned to the employee are accounted for, maintained in good condition, repaired or replaced as requiredTrack and report to both management and customers on the progress of pending work, work in progress, and completed workPrice, develop and submit proposals to customers for out of scope workObtain quotes, develop and submit PO''s for subcontracted work within the Salesforce platformInterface with SCADA/DAS systems to understand onsite issue with the ability to communicate to both management and customersReview and comment on Case documentation to ensure that Borrego O&M standards are met and the customer receives a complete and detailed reportCorrectly document all work in a Service Visit and Case within Borrego''s CMMS.
