Discover more at /about.The SBA Loan Processor will process SBA 504, Conventional and 7(a) loans and coordinate the collection of required documentation from the borrower and/or Lending Partner. Responsibilities to Include:Process SBA 504, Conventional and 7(a) loan files. Coordinates the collection of required documentation from borrower and/or Lending PartnerVerify the accuracy of documents received (i.e., title report, insurance, legal entity documents, etc.). Prepares closing documents using LaserPro and coordinates signing with escrow and title officers.Ensures all pre and post closing document issues are resolved and completed.Ensures all loan conditions have been met and prepares loan file along with closing documents for funding.Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.Experience:Broad understanding of all facets of commercial real estate loans, SBA loans or equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training as a Loan Assistant and/or Loan Processor.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Thorough knowledge and understanding of methods, practices, procedures and terminology used in banking and/or lending (i.e., processing, underwriting, documentation, compliance, title, escrow, appraisal, funding, loan service and audit) in addition to a proven track record.Ability to coordinate diverse tasks simultaneously within stringent timeframes.Strong computer skills with special emphasis in Word and Excel.Knowledge of PCFS creditwrx and LaserPro is preferred.CIT is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity.
