About the Company and Opportunity: Our client is a non profit who serves members of the community suffering from hunger, homelessness, and poverty Due to their upcoming annual audit, they are looking to bring on an Administrative Assistant There is street parking around the office in Baltimore City! This is a temporary position with the potential for an extension Great opportunity to get experience working at a local non profit Some day to day tasks includes supporting the Housing Team, completing and processing housing paperwork for families housed through the non profit, submitting paperwork to reviewing officers, electronic and paper filing, gathering supporting documentation, ad hoc duties as needed Overview of the Admin Assistant role: This position will begin right away and will last one month with the possibility of being extended Position is 100% in office in Baltimore City. Candidates must be local Schedule: 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday Qualifications for the Admin Assistant: Bachelors degree required Must be able to pass a background check and be COVID 19 vaccinated Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of flexibility Great attitude, highly reliable, and can lend a hand when needed Superb organizational skills
