Orthopedic Technician/FT

SUMMARY Responsible for providing hospital wide services to inpatients and ambulatory patients who require casting, splinting, traction and application of other Orthopedic devices which support bone and muscle healing as prescribed by the Physician or authorized Mid-level Provider.QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or GED Successful completion or currently enrolled in an Orthopedic Technician program One year experience or Medic in the Military preferred Knowledge of overall day to day functions of an orthopedics practice a plus Must be mature and self-motivating with above average communication skills Flexibility is essential Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructionsEqual Opportunity Employer-Minorities/Females/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity.
