Learn more about how we build homes built on relationships by visiting .JOB SUMMARY: The Coordinator''s position encompasses several responsibilities and plays a key role in the customers initial studio experience. The coordinator is responsible for organizing the work-flow, scheduling and following-up with customers, and assisting the consultants and/or studio management with tasks as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Organize and maintain the workflow at the front desk including, but not limited to:Scheduling and confirming customer appointmentsGreeting customer and maintaining first impressionsMaintaining studio lot filesAnswering phonesPreparing buyer files for final appointments Attending daily meetings Attending weekly staff meetingsAdministrative support not directly related to buyers: Keeping the studio neat and in orderDelivering starts packages to the main officeUpdating of studio reportsMaintaining office supplies Maintaining customer refreshmentsEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education:High school diplomaCollege degree preferred Experience:Customer service, Sales & MarketingExperience in the homebuilding or retail industries preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Must be highly organized and self-motivated with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
